Pega 7.1.9 - Migrating from Websphere to Tomcat
Hello,
We are migrating our application from websphere to tomcat 8.5. We need to understand a few issues for the migration process:
1) Limitations of running a pega 7.1.9 application on Tomcat
2) Does tomcat support two phased commit ?
3) Does tomcat work with EJBs

Hello Anjan,
The only limitation which I'm aware about is "This web server runs only with Pega 7 deployed in a servlet container (WAR)." You can review the platform support guide for further information. It can be located at the below URL:

Since, tomcat runs with only WAR files, I don't believe it supports two phased commit(I'm not sure on this though).
