[PEGA 7.1.6] Requirements Linkage to User Stories in PMF/TMF
Hello,
I understand that Test Cases are linked to User Stories in PMF/TMF, but how are Requirements linked to the User Stories? Are the rules then linked to the requirement or the test case? I am trying to better understand the evolution of the user story into the requirement into the rules into the test cases/execution. Any reference material, specifically reference material addressing my two specific questions above would be greatly appreciated.

In Pega 7.1.6, there is no linkage between is no linkage between specs in the dev environment and user stories in PMF for all versions of PMF.
With release of Pega 7.3, specs in the dev environment can be replaced by the use of the real-time agile features and Agile Workbench. As of Pega 7.3, PMF has been replaced by Agile Studio, which is tightly integrated with Agile Workbench in the dev environment. You would have to upgrade both your dev environment to Pega 7.3 and PMF to Agile Studio 7.3 to access these features. @MCSWJ: I thought there was a way to sync your specification in the Dev environment as user story with Agile Studio through Agile Workbench. If i read you comment correctly, you have to (manually) replace all of your specifications by user stories in Agile Workbench?
If that's correct, how can you achieve traceability between user stories and your requirements in Dev environment? In a user story I don't see the option to link to a requirement (which is possible for specifications).
One of the key thoughts behind DCO is to keep your business requirements and implementation linked and in sync without the need for manual (external) documentation and translation.
I really hope that we don't loose this key feature of Pega with the introduction of Agile Workbench and Agile Studio.

@ErshaRas, Long back before pega 7.1.5 we used to have the option of syncing a specification (with its linked requirements) to PMF as User story (with requirements as acceptance critieria). This functionality is withdrawn in 7.1.5 release.
As part of the Real time agile , you can capture your application features and create user stories directly in the agile workbench. User stories created here will be directly created on the Agile studio system when your application is integrated. By this you can capture the userstory with its acceptance critiera from agile workbench. But if you are creating a specification, then we don't have an option to sync it to agile studio. Thanks.
