[PEGA 7.1.6] Explanation of aIsDetachedTask Parameter for queueBatchActivity Function
Hello,
For the Java function queueBatchActivity, there is a parameter named aIsDetachedTask.
Can I get help understanding what type of requestor is created when it is true or false?
For false, I believe a normal child requestor is created. For true, I believe a separate batch requestor, with no relation to the current requestor, is spawned. If so, does it take the default Access Group of the Batch Requestor rule?
I appreciate your assistance clarifying this matter.

Hi,
I think it takes access group of the batch Requestor, but we may explicitly set the access group for the batch activity using the following parameter setting:
paramsPage.putString("pzUseCurrentAccessGroupForChild","true");
