[PEGA 7.1.6] What rules have an end user accessed?

Hi Everyone,

I have a theory regarding Log-RuleUsage-Details that I would like to confirm.

If we wanted to review all rules accessed by a particular user in Production, could we pull all instances of Log-RuleUsage-Details where pxCreateOperator is the specified end user?

I believe we would have to implement an Activity to perform this review, as pxCreateOperator is not exposed.

There is no other better source from which to retrieve all rules accessed by a particular user, correct?

Can someone please confirm my hypothesis around the Create Operator being the operator who used a rule in the rule usage details?

I believe this is possible since we have a log usage utility which will generate an excel sheet to review usage of rules.

pxCreateOperator might not give you the desired result. Rather try with updateOperator.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no Update Operator, only Create Operator.

Would it seem that Create Operator is the correct piece of information to review in that case?

Hello,

I am stating that Create Operator is the only Operator value in an instance of Log-RuleUsage-Details. I cannot see Update Operator in an instance of Log-RuleUsage-Details. Please confirm this is accurate. If accurate, does this Create Operator reflect the Operator who executed the rule which triggered the creation of this instance of Log-RuleUsage-Details? Please confirm.

I believe you are correct, I don't see a Update Operator in an instance of Log-RuleUsage-Details but lets see if someone has a work around for this.
