[PEGA 7.1.6] Which Browser Zoom Levels Are Supported?

Hello,

Our client is raising defects due to the UI display of our screens when the browser zoom is adjusted up or down from 100% (ex: 75% or 125%).

What is the official stance of Pega 7.1.6 with regards to zoom support? Do we support some? All? None?

Hello Fran, 

Good Morning and thanks for posting your query in PSC :)

As per this Support article for Pega 6.2, only 100% zoom levels are supported for Pega portals. For other zoom levels, a best case effort is done but results are not guaranteed.

Refer this Support article, which addresses the issue(If zoom increased above 100%, modal window scroll gets impacted) with HFix-33044 for Pega 7.1.6.
