I am trying to find a "Passed Deadline" property to populate in my correspondence. I have been able to display the goal and deadline date/time so the responder knows how long they have before the correspondence link expires and regenerates a new one.
I have also attempted to just create a calculated field that populates the passed deadline field as "SLA Deadline plus one business day", but it is requiring that I enter the default calendar object, but I am not certain on what the calendar object would be/is referred to.
I am open to suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thanks!
You can review the System-Queue-ServiceLevel.ProcessEvent activity to see how the pxLateTime is calculated when the ServiceLevelEvents agent runs. In step 2, it uses the pyCalendar value from the assignment.
