How can we set Passed deadlie for Case level SLA? I am not able to find any such property on clipboard in case of Case Level SLA.

After lot of research on PDN, what i conclude is there is no way to modify passed deadline tie for case level SLA,as it is very internal to Pega processing.

Hi Chetan,
Once you mention Goal and Deadline for a Case Type, at the backend a SLA rule pyCaseTypeDefault will be created in the specific Case class. You can edit the Passed Deadline over there.

Case level SLA works similar to regular assignment SLAs. Default SLA that is defined at Case level is pyCaseTypeDefault. You can check if this is overridden in your application. Just open that SLA rule and define the desired values for passed deadline.

If we configure SLA for case type from case designer, we get only goal & deadLine on clipboard. but, if you can attach SLA for a case type through an activity you get passed deadline as well.
