SLA Deadline Time
Hi Experts! I have a requirement, where whenever a case reaches an assignment and SLA triggers, I have to store this SLA deadline and Goal in some other datetime property. But I'm facing difficulty in extracting that data from newAssignPage to my section. Any tips on this? Thanks in advance!
