SLA Goal and Deadline Adjustment
If there is a WO that has goal and deadline already set, then where we can do the adjustment so that the WO is completed before the deadline time

Can you provide more background or an example?... In Designer Studio > Records Explorer > Processes you will find default system service level agreements that can be applied to your class or case.

I meant by the question that if the goal is 3 days and deadline is 6 days. In which parameter should i do the adjustment to make sure that the WO is completed before the deadline time of 6 days?
Is it Goal , Deadline or something else?
