What if goal time is more than deadline time in SLA
Ideally goal time should be less than the deadline time in SLA and if you try to do so PEGA gives an error stating:
I'm defining SLA on work level. I choose the option "Set to the value of a property" while defining it.
So when I'm setting the goal and deadline time using the property (just to check), it's taking the wrong entry as well.
Wrong entry in the sense that I'm putting Deadline time less than the Goal time and it's working fine, I mean the action
it should take was not taken but it's not giving any error like it was giving when I chose "Interval from when assignment is ready"
option while defining the SLA.
Can you tell me why it's not showing any error in second case?
