Parent Child Case type relationship
Can I keep a Parent case in Open status even all the child cases for that Parent case has already resolved?

@SAIKAT123 okay, in that case we can do that. In one of our application, even though all the child cases got resolved, we kept our parent case wait for a kafka response. So we can do that.

It's not like if we are not resolving Parent Case after all child case got resolved, that is not a recommended approach/best approach. Based on the business need you could do that. Nowhere Pega will mention/recommend us after all child case got resolved Parent Case needs to be resolved.
Just make sure you are having proper way/logic to resolve the Parent Case at some point of time.
