Error message in Parent and Child Case
Hi,
I have created parent child case when i try to open the parent case i am getting error message as the case is currently modified by operator may not be modified simultaneously how to resolve this error?

Locking strategy - Default vs Optimistic
Default - If you don't want the second user to open the case once the first user has acquired the lock
Optimistic - Both users can open the case, but whoever submits the case first, changes will be updated, and the other user has to refresh the case before he/she submits the details.
Please note:
Child case locking strategy is inherited from the parent case type
Enable this check box if your require to allow other users to access the parent case (attached screenshot for your reference) - Allow other users to access the parent case when the child case is opened

@HemaR16948231 This issue is happening because of the locking strategy Inside Pega .Please find attached screenshot of setting tab of Pega which has locking strategy. Set this "Allow one user" locking strategy inside parent cases .
- Child case inherits the locking strategy from parent cases . Whatever the parent case it will take child case as strategy.
- In case you want to stop this behaviour of default locking strategy, Please select "Allow other user to access parent case " inside child case setting tab locking strategy.
