Copy Child case attachment to Parent sibling case

Hi All, I have this requirement to copy the Child case attachment to Sibling case of the parent.

Can someone please help me?

 

The scenario is this one:

Parent case > Child case

Parent case > sibling case

 

Now the attachment of child case need to copy to sibling case as the sibling case started to create.

 

If you need more info to understand the requirement, please let me know. Thanks

Propagating the attachments to Parent/Sibling cases could cause database storage issues. What would happen if the attachment is deleted in the child's case? Then, everything has to be synced. It could cause lots of maintenance overhead in the long run.
