Case parent to child attachments in 8.3
How can I get a parent case attachment to child case?
A notification should get triggered once all the files attached to child case to the child work party.
Please suggest

If we want to copy the attachments to the child's case only to send an email notification, then we can achieve it without even copying the attachments.
1) Invoke the SendEmailWithAllAttachments OOTB API Activity, with the params, PFA
You can configure To address to be fetched from your Work party of the child case.
Once done, the email will be sent out with all the attachments from your parent case.
