Outbound Campagn is remaining in scheduled status

Can you please what needs to be verified to understand why the outbound campaign is remaining in scheduled status and not running if the time scheduled is crossed

@swarnaliD2401 , this is likely caused by background agents not being active.  Refer to this page for background agents: https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-customer-decision-hub-user-guide/85/pega-customer-decision-hub-agents?check_logged_in=1

specifically ensure you review ProcessProgramRun agent, but if this agent is down, it is likely other agents are down as well.
