I have a requirement to send offers to a multi asset customer. For example If a customer with Cust id 1 is having two assets asset 1 and asset 2 then while sending out outbound campaign that customer should get offers for both the asset at the same time.
Currently in my application we are able to send offers for only 1 asset at a time for a customer.

To send offers for multiple assets to a customer simultaneously, you can modify your Pega Customer Decision Hub configuration. Then, in the Next-Best-Action Designer, configure the Engagement Policy conditions to allow customers to qualify for multiple actions related to different assets.
