Outbound action limits/ Final Action Limits
Hi Team,
I have a requirement where I need to create an outbound limit for a specific issues without disturbing the existing limit across all the other issues and group.
Currently we are using OTTB in NBA Designer and we are setting a limit to select Top 1 Email treatment , Top 1 SMS treatment and Top 1 Push Treatment.
For the Phase 2 business introduced a new issue where they want Top 4 Email Treatments, Top for 4 SMS Treatments and Top 4 Push Treatment but only for this specific issue. For all the rest it should work as described above.
Initially I was thinking to create an additional limit in NBA Designer for my specific issue however when I tested it is picking the Limit across " All Issues/All groups( All Categories) even though I have created a new limit for the specific issue.
