DB template finalization for outbound and real-time event

We have a DB template for outbound set to be finalized at the end of campaign run. We would like to use the same template for finalizing data coming from real-time event trigger as well.

Can we configure both "finalization at the end of campaign run" and "schedule" on the same DB template?

Hi @DeepnaK1

Yes, you can enable both these options on the File Template. The finalization triggered by the outbound run will result in a file with results from that run specifically. The scheduled finalization will result in a separate file with results from the Real-Time Event triggered Actions.
