Real-Time Events are Generating Broken Queues
When triggering a Real-Time Event we realized that the campaign associated to the event was not being triggered. We then saw that the triggering of the event was generating broken processes on the System-Queue-Program-Event class due to the following error:
"Table PEGAEXTMKTDATADEV.CDH_MS_PC7 does not exist in database ExternalMKTData"
The mentioned table corresponds to the PegaCDH-Data-MasterSegment of our primary context.
Can you please help us understand what might be happening?

'PEGAEXTMKTDATADEV.CDH_MS_PC7' view will get created when you save the context-dictionary.
Just check whether any errors are there in tracer/logs while saving the context dictionary.
Please check whether ExternalMKTData database is having access to PegaDATA.

ExternalMKTData database is not having access to PegaDATA.
About the context dictionary, when we try to save it we get a lot of errors similar to the one below on the logs:
"ERROR - Unable to track referencing runs for RULE-DECISION-DDF VFPT-DATA-SERVICE SERVICEDATA #20190711T135157.478 GMT
java.lang.Exception: Rule with handle RULE-DECISION-DDF VFPT-DATA-SERVICE SERVICEDATA #20190711T135157.478 GMT was not found,"

PegaDATA should be reachable by ExternalMKTData. Can you please provide the access and try to save the context dictionary.

did you try using the soap connector .
<url>/prweb/PRSOAPServlet/SOAP/PegaMKTDataMktEvent/Services
pass the required params like
<EventName>Real-Time Event name </EventName>
alternatively u can trace the activity HandleSoapEventsWrapper to see what is queued to agent
