Operator needs to clear browser cache after server restarts
Every time we need to restart the JVMs with temporary files removal, the operator needs to clear the browser cache before try to login on Pega, even after the restart occurs on the day before. If the operator tries to login on Pega (with SSO or Basic Authentication) without clear the browser cache, the message "Error 503: PegaRULES server not available" is displayed. Is there a way to avoid the need of clear cache by the operator, every time the servers restart?

Users clearing their browser cache should not be necessary.
Please raise a Support Request so that GCS can understand what is unique about your setup that may be contributing to the issue.
