Weird Pega login screen, which goes away on browser cache clearing
In Pega 8.4 lot of users see a weird Pega login screen and are unable to login until they clear to complete browser cache. Refer attachment for snapshot, basically screen shows as circles!
Which DSS I need to look at and update to get rid of this error?
Note: Server temp cache on tomcat were already cleared before. We are using redirectguests setting as false due to usage of mashups.

@ShivamM4 Most of the time, I see users are facing similar behaviour in two situations:
1. Using bookmarked URL which has cached data
Sample book marked url which has session information: https://www.app.com/prweb/PRServlet/qve1VpShZKYytCRE1eFpxNGQUm6KbTRP*/!STANDARD
URL should be: https://www.app.com
[or]
2.Corrupated caching table(s) such as:
pr_sysgen_static_content; (corrupted CSS & UI distortion issues on developer & case manager portals), in this case you might end up opening a ticket to Pega GCS to do further analysis.
