Caching problem need to change the URL HASH without clearing browser cache
How can we change the hash after the /prweb/sso/ without asking users to clear their cache?
We need this because after upgrade the cached session id or whatever this hash represents, is force wrong behavior on the application, failing to load latest versions of DPs, Icons, charts.... etc...
Any idea?

Different caches and possible ways to clear them are listed here.
I don't think there a way to clear browser cache beside actually clearing it individually from the user's browser. To avoid this you may consider the option to remove storing browser cache in the first place.
