Is it required to clear Cache tables after pega Upgrade from 8.4.1 to 8.5.1?

Is it required to clear cache after upgrading pega from 8.4.1 to 8.5.2? we are following In-place upgrade process.

If so,  what are the different cache table we need to clear after upgradation? please provide the list.
