Pega Icons in 8.4.1

I am unable to view any icons in Pega 8.4.1 case manager portal. In place of the icon there is a blank icon with no image. Is there any way I could retrieve the icons?

Is the issue coming after Upgrade?

Perform the following local-change: 

  1. Add MIME type in web.xml. <mime-mapping>  <extension>gif</extension>  <mime-type>image/gif</mime-type>  </mime-mapping>  
  2. Restart the server.

You can also check if the icons are getting downloaded in Network logs of Browser debugger.
