Application switching not working through dev studio in pega 8.4.1

After upgrading from prpc 7.1.9 to 8.4.1 application switching not working. In pega logs the following exception comes durin application switch -

 

Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Error: You lack access required to execute RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY @BASECLASS PZCLEARDATAPAGESBEFORESWITCH #20180713T135325.159 GMT.
