Restart TOMCAT server and clear the extract marker

Hi All,

 

I have had an issue with the exercise system

On opening prpc:8080/prweb/prservlet i get this error

 

Status fail
Message caught exception java.lang.NullPointerException
Operator ID Unauthenticated or not available
Requestor ID No ID available
Timestamp Wed Dec 02 11:05:53 EST 2015
Engine Version PegaRULES 7.10 ML7 (coreAssemblyCached_717_632)

 

 

I think i need to restart the app server and clear the extract marker. However i am not sure how that is done in TOMCAT.

 

Can you help with the commnads needed to perform the restart.
