PegaRULES_Extract_Marker usage in pega 7.4
We are in pega7.4, as per the below link, it says there is no effect of having the PegaRULES_Extract_Marker file, do we need to still clear this file whenever we do applicaiton restart, or it doesnt have any impact either if we clear the file or not.

PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt affects only local caches of Static Content & Lookup lists.
If this file is deleted, during the next PegaRULES node startup, the StaticContent & LLC directories are deleted.
Under normal conditions, you should not have to delete this file and its presence has no effect on rule resolution.

Thanks for your clarification, We would like to still understand, in pega7.4 PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt file still used for any purpose or has any impact?
As per the release notes, it says 7.4 don't use the PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt file anymore.
