PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt is Not available In PRPC 8.5.2

We used to clear rule cache while server restart by removing PegaRULES_Extract_Marker.txt  in PEGA 7. 

But once upgraded to 8.5.2 the file is not available in previous folder path. below

/jboss/standalone/tmp/work/jboss.web/default-host/prweb/

If not deprecated what is the new Path.

If deprecated what would be the way to remove rules cache on server restarts.

Hello,

I think that this is achieved via DSS (added by default from V7 I think)

prconfig/initialization/rebuildlocalcachesonnodestart/default  - true or false
