Openspan- Windows java application: pega is taking around 16 seconds to recognize the pop up
I am trying to click "ok" on the pop up window.
1. Pega is taking 16 seconds to recognize the pop up
2. Tried send keys method "{ENTER}" to close pop up, but once pop up appears pega is locking all the parent controls and hence not able to sendkeys to parent
3. Tried send keys to pop up, but since pega is taking 16 seconds to recognize and match the controls on the pop up not able to sendkeys to pop up.
Any other suggestions on how to speed up the pop up match process ?

HI Ramesh,
Can you try making connector asynchronous that triggers the popup.
This way open span would not lock all the controls.
