OpenSpan - Error in adding New Windows Application

Hi - I am getting this exception on just adding a new windows application . Please note I am using a Windows 10 laptop . In windows 7 it’s working fine. Have you faced this issue before ?

Here are a few posts I found that could shed some light on the issue you are facing. 

Unable to Open the Web Application 

OpenSpan - Not able to add windows application

It looks to me that we currently do not support Windows 10. Additionally, OpenSpan 7.0 and 7.1 does not support Windows 8.1. If you move up to Pega Robotics 8.0 you will be able to work in Windows 8.1 (not Windows 8.0).
