HI,

I am trying to interrogate windows application" Customer Info Manager Free" with the help of PEGA robotic studio.

But when i tried to drag and interrogate search button in this application, it was not able to identify it and form square black box around it.

Attached the screen shot for your reference.

Could you please help me on how to resolve this.
