Unable to Interrogate For window Application

Hi Team ,

As i am trying to interogate window application once we launch as window adapter -- followed by Start Interogation- window is not static its blink out

Could you Please help me out in the same as i can see my path is correct only . Just for Testing from my end i did for Notepad its working fine able to see interogate window
