Mobile Application: Header and Icons are not reflecting

Hi,

We created a mobile app (version 8.4) and tried downloading the APK File. After logging in we are unable to see the header we created and the menu icons we choose are not reflecting

Hi Pooja,

Can you share more details about the issue? A screenshot of both mobile channel configuration and the app in runtime might help to get into details.

Thanks for your response,

The image below is the app studio screenprint wherein the section below the header(duplicate header) is added for temporary purposes as it wasn't reflecting in the downloaded mobile app. On click of the menu navigation you can see the icons we added

The below images is how its reflecting in the preview application and apk file

So you can see that the icons we added in the navigation menu of the header in the app studio is the same used for the mobile app navigation also but the icons we added aren't reflecting.The header you see is the added section and not the actual header

can a downloaded mobile app have navigation in header or is it only the bottom navigation?
