Not able to Request media for PCI 8.1
I am looking to request a media for PCI 8.1, however, not getting any options either in Digital download or in SR portal. can anyone help me with this.

Hi Mukherjee,
In SR portal choose Claims Servicing Backbone from Product dropdown list then choose Sunset version to No will allow you to choose 8.1(Pega Claims for Insurance 8.1) from Version dropdown list.
In Digital download portal, search for "Claims Servicing Backbone" then select it and continue to see the list of available versions and i can see 8.1 in the list as shown in the attachment.
