Cancel Request process in Pega CSA 8.1 training

Hi ,

I am doing Pega CSA certification training for pega 8.1 version. In its first exercise, we are required to Add and configure the Cancel Request process as a case-wide optional action. I configured the process using the steps given in exercise answers. When I am testing it, on clicking Actions-> Add work -> Cancel Request , "Engage External Party" process is opening up which I haven't configured. Hence, my testing fails. Can anyone please check and confirm?

This is very likely because you had mis-configured the Cancel Request process. Please remove it and redo the exercise step. You can use an alternative name "Cancel Request 1" for the new process name.
