How to raise media request for prsysmgmt and prhelp wars?
Hello,
I too have similar concern. Can you suggest how to raise media request for prsysmgmt and prhelp wars.

Hello,
On reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it was closed stating that PRHelp and PRSysmgmt are part of the full Pega product and not the Personal Edition. Therefore, they are not available for Personal Edition. If you wish the full version, please submit the appropriate Media Request for it.

To raise a media request, please navigate to My Suport Portal - https://msp.pega.com
Create a new Support Request by choosing the Request Type as Media Request.
