Not able to create new application in Pega 8.1

I have installed Pega 8.1 on Windows 2012 server, the installation was successful but not able to create applications inside Pega.

Additional changes made:

Converted Pega URL to https.

enabled security settings to host it on AWS.

Attached Screenshots and Security Scan report to the post.

Hi,

Could you please provide us the complete Pega-Rules log for further analysis.

seems like you are facing this issue only creating application?

Will it work when you use http?
