Not able to open application
Hello All,
After Installing few Hot fix, we did server restart. After that, we can login the application but it doesn't display anything on the Designer Studio & user portal. We are getting below error. Is anyone encounter the same issue before? Kindly advice. Thanks
Error :
Section 'pzStudioContainer' execution error on page 'pyDisplayHarness' of class 'Data-Portal-DesignerStudio'.
com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Error including section 'pzStudioContainerTabs' on page 'pyDisplayHarness' of class 'Data-Portal-DesignerStudio'.

Exactly, your prediction is correct. We resolved this issue by following way. Thanks for your reply.
1) Bring down the JVMs.
2) Truncate tables
Truncate the following cache tables:
truncate table rules.pr_sys_cache_dep;
truncate table rules.pr_sys_cache_impl;
truncate table data.pr_sys_updatescache;
truncate table rules.pr_sys_appcache_entry;
truncate table rules.pr_sys_appcache_dep;
truncate table rules.pr_sys_appcache_shortcut;
truncate table rules.pr_sys_cache_entry;
truncate table rules.pr4_rule_sysgen;
truncate table rules.pr_assembledclasses;
3) Delete the 'Extract_Marker.txt' file from under the Pega Temp directory.
4) Restart the server and test again.

Error indicates some kinds of incompatibility during rule assembly. What hotfixes have you installed specifically? Also indicate your Pega platform version.
