Not able to create new application in Personal Addition

Hi ,

 

When am trying to create an new application in Personal Addition throwing an error like

unable to locate existing application named PegaRULES 8.

Please help.

Hi,

whats the operator you’re using to login? And what’s the default application in this case?

logs/tracer can probably  give you a clue
