Not able to download latest PRPC PE from PDN

Hi - Am not able to download PRPC latest PE from PDN. I have requested this. However, the Installation ZIP file is Not available. PFA the screenshot for the same.

Pega Support team had refreshed my Queue list. After that I was able to download PE.
