i am not able to download my certificate from pdn portal

name : sravani potru (completed certi on apr 2016)

i have attached the error

This is a known issue and is being tracked internally for a resolution. Please be patient while the development team is working on this. You can try again in a few days time.

In the meantime, try accessing your certificates from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/achievements. Click on the down arrow icon to download your certificate.
