Unable to download the completed certificates from PDN

Hello,

Per the instructions from Pega, I'm trying to download the certifications which I have cleared earlier and I'm not able to do so. I get the error: There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator while downloading the certificate. Could someone please help me downloading the certificates?

We are currently experiencing an issue with the downloading of .pdf certificates and with certifications not displaying in transcripts. The Pega Academy support team is working to resolve the issue. Please try downloading your .pdf certificate later this week. If you are not able to view/download your .pdf certificate by Monday, please email [email protected].

Hello,

Per the instructions from Pega, I'm trying to download the certifications which I have cleared earlier and I'm not able to do so. I get a pdf file just with an header of pega logo and rest of the file is blank. I have tried downloading it multiple times. Could someone please help me downloading the certificates?

  • Log into Pega Academy using your Pega account. If you do not have a Pega account, please register for an account.
  • Click the My Training link in the top menu to navigate to your Dashboard.
  • Click the My Achievements link.
  • Your completed courses, certifications, and badges will display. Click the Download link under the certification name for a copy of your certificate.
