Unable to see certifications and badges on my profile in PDN
Main Objective: Get "PEGA PLATFORM READY" badge reflected/updated in my PDN Profile
Problem: Even though I am Pega CPBA7.2 certified (attached screenshot), AND completed the course "Pega Business Architect Essentials" V8.1, still the badge is not getting reflected. It seems my CPBA certification is not updated in my profile too. Please help and resolve this issue. Thankyou.

Hi Aviral,
The course in your screenshot is from the older version of Pega Academy. You cannot earn badges or course completion certificates from the older version of Pega Academy. The good news is, I see you earned the Business Architect mission badge (on your MyPega profile).
I need to research the issue w/ your CPBA certification.

The Pega Certification team ([email protected]) responded to your inquiry today. This issue has been resolved, and your certifications have now been associated with your Pega account. It may take approximately 2-3 days for your certifications to display in your Pega account profile and in the Verify Certification search page with your Pega account email address.
