Many fix correspondence errors -Not able to suspend the marketing campaign

Hi ,

In campaigns screen , users are not able to suspend campaigns because of too many fix correspondence entries in actions button . attached screenshots

** Caught com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host, port: email-smtp.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com, 465; timeout 60000

shall i follow the steps mentioned in below link?
