Low Compliance Score post 7.2.1 upgrade
We upgraded a customer application from 6.3 to 7.2.1, On checking the compliance score we are seeing a value of 0 out 100!
And as per platform upgrade expectations, for the Pega 7 platform the acceptable score would be > 90%; hence we have a feeling that we are in troubled waters.
Any areas of concern/reason of why we are getting such a low compliance score? What are the areas we should look at primarily?
How feasible would it be to increase it to graeter than 80% at least?
P.S - 75% of our rules are compliant
