Low Compliance Score post 7.2.1 upgrade
We upgraded a customer application from 6.3 to 7.2.1, On checking the compliance score we are seeing a value of 0 out 100!
And as per platform upgrade expectations, for the Pega 7 platform the acceptable score would be > 90%; hence we have a feeling that we are in troubled waters.
Any areas of concern/reason of why we are getting such a low compliance score? What are the areas we should look at primarily?
How feasible would it be to increase it to graeter than 80% at least?
P.S - 75% of our rules are compliant

Did you run 'revalidate and save' after the upgrade? If not, can you please run it once?
You can run 'revalidate and save' that comes with Pega OOTB from "Designer Studio > System > Release > Upgrade > Validate > Revalidate and Save." you need to run it by selecting rule type and ruleset name. If you want to run 'revalidate and save' in bulk, you can use Pega7 upgrade accelerator pack (formerly ECS Upgrade Utilities), it can be downloaded from https://community.pega.com/marketplace/components/pega-7-upgrade-accelerator-pack
Please check the guardrail score after running it and let us know.

Hi Bidyun, from 6.3 to 7.x, platform would have added more best practices and which could be one of the reason why you are low score.
You can focus on reducing Sev1 and Sev2 warnings which will help you to up the score.

Yeah, that's where we are focusing right now. But never encountered a score of 0 for other Upgade programs; so thought of checking with the community.
For a score of 0 , is it even achievable to go beyond 90% ? Thats where our concern is.

Hi Bidyun - Adress the severity issues one by one and i suspect you will see a healthy change in complaince score . The target should be 95% and around.

Hi, Your application score may not be zero(it can be lower number). I couldn't recollect exact Report Name, but i would suggest you to play with complaince score report to filter the rulesets specific to your applicaiton. This will actually help you to identify which ruleset/type has problems.
