KM Article Suggestions not displayed in interaction Portal

Hello Team

 

I have clicked 3 dots and suggested an article as CSR, Now im getting a red color circle notification on KM Icon however, when i click on that my article suggestion content is not displayed.

 

I Have provided sugested article title, content but where do i see the article suggestions?

Hi @kiranchandrac - this does not seem to be the desired behavior.  Sometimes things can appear missing due to caching and will re-appear after either logging out and in or sometimes after 24 hours.  I'm curious - has the issue resolved itself now?  If not, I'd suggest filing a support incident might be in order.
