Interrogating work object items in pega application using Pega robot studio
We are setting up Automations to post data from application A to work objects in pega application in CITRIX environment.
Issue: when you open more than 1 workobject in pega, the automations are not triggered. Is this issue the expected behavior?does pega robot studio support this requirement?

When you are designing your match rules, did you make sure that the match rules are dynamic enough that they are able to match to the multiple opened work object. If they are, did you set the UseKeys property to true? This is required for Runtime otherwise it will match only to the first created work object.

Using Use keys solved this. However, this is not the recommended solution from Pega Robot studio support team. They referred to use "ClientWidth" attribute to uniquely identify the active tab.
