Interrogation on Web Application not working on IE11, Windows 7, Pega Robotics Studio Version 19.1
Interrogate web application in IE is not working.I am getting interrogation form but IE is not launching.Same issue happening when trying to launch IE browser as windows application.
But Interrogate web application in chrome is working.Can some one please help on this?
Please find the below details of studio and os.
I have tried Browserbitness to Default and output publisher turned to true also but did not work.
iexplorer is working manually from C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer location.

Hi Srinivas,
Please respond to these below quick questions:
1. Create a new webadapter and do not give any startpage or any other properties and click on start interrogation. Please let us know your observation i.e still blank IE page is opening or not?
2. Please make sure that "StartMethod=start" from webadapter properties.
3. Please try to attach studiolog.txt when you are facing the issue.

Thank you very much for your response.
1.I have tried with blank start page but it is not launching IE.
2. startmethod is set to start but did not work.
3.I have uploaded log file.
I have tried all the options from forum but could not find any solution.Please help me in fixing this issue.

Hi Srinivas,
We need StudioLog.txt file but I see only Studio_Log4net.txt file. Can you please enable verbos level logging and recreate the scenario and attach StudioLog.txt file.
Also please perform below quick steps:
1. Try opening Studio as run-as-admin i.e rightclick and select run-as-admin option and open studio and see if you are facing the issue.
2. Also please make sure that Studio is installed as Run-as-Admin. If not please try reinstalling as Admin.

I have tried two options you mentioned but did not work.(Installed and run as Admin)
