incorrect segment results

I am doing an exercise of unit 11 in Pega Marketing Consultant course. This exercise is to design a marketing segment. After finishing all the steps as defined in the exercise, I notice that the result is much different from what is expected. According to me , the Criteria-Set2 is not being 'AND' with the criteria-set1. As per my understanding there is an implicit 'AND' between different criteria-sets? What could I be doing wrong here?

Hello,

Please check the solution video time 2:02 (or step 14 from the exercise steps:  Click the intersection of the three circles in the Venn diagram to select the customers who match all three criteria). 

I believe this is the step you have missed.
