Incorrect results on report emailed via job scheduler
I have a job scheduler sending a report containing case metrics. When I manually run the activity that is run by the job scheduler, the report produced matches data in the backend. When I trace the job scheduler that runs the exact same activity, the resulting report has missing and mismatched data. I am confused how the same activity run in two different ways can give such different information. They should be essentially identical.
Has anyone ever seen this behavior in a job scheduler before, and if so, what was causing it for you? Alternately, anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?
